Spa Policy
We ask all clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment to register. All clients must check in and check out at the front desk.
- Payment is due in full at time of service. We accept cash or credit cards only. Personal checks are not accepted. A credit card is needed in order to book large appointments. Groups of three or more and packages must leave a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. We will charge the total booking price 2 days before the appointment date.
- Please make sure that you arrive on time for your booked appointment. If you are late, we will not be able to make up for the time that is lost as there are other appointments that are scheduled.
- It is strongly suggested that you pre-book your spa services. Packages must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. Parties of three or more must be booked at least one week in advance.
- In order to make your visit to Pretty Spa a relaxing and tranquil experience we ask that children not accompany you during your visit unless they are receiving a service.
- No one under 16 is allowed without the accompaniment of an adult.
- To ensure a healthy environment for all clients, smoking is not permitted.
- For the comfort of our clients, we ask that all cell phones be turned off. At Pretty Spa, we want to create a haven of tranquility and relaxation, so please respect the other guests' rights to privacy and quiet.
Pretty Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. We suggest that you leave all valuables, including jewelry, at home.
- Gratuities are given for outstanding service and are greatly appreciated. Industry standard is 15%-20%. They are payable in cash only and cannot be paid with a gift certificate or credit card.
- Parties of 2 or more will have 18% gratuity added to the bill.
- Group parties of 3 or more will have 20% gratuity added to the bill.
- Gift Cards are a unique way to show thoughtfulness for loved ones. They can be purchased for a set amount or for specific services. They can be used for services only, and do not have any cash value. Gift cards expire one year after the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and have no cash value. Gift cards with current specials will expire when the specials expire. We do not refund money for lost or stolen gift cards. Any unused balance will be left on the card until it is fully dispensed.
- For packages bought on a gift card, clients must have all services done in one visit.
- We at Pretty Spa want you to come back so we offer an exceptional savings package. A 10% discount is given to clients who purchase five (5) spa services. A client who purchases ten (10) spa services will receive one (1) complimentary service of equal or lesser value.
- All clients must wear a bathing suit in order to enjoy our Jacuzzi services. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Our professional and licensed staff is dedicated to ensuring that your experience at Pretty Spa is a wonderful one. We want you to leave with an overall feeling of tranquility and well-being. For this reason, you must disclose any medical conditions or medications you may have such as: serious skin conditions, asthma, heart condition, allergies, disc problems, diabetes, or high blood pressure. You must also notify us if you are pregnant or may be pregnant. It is important that our staff be informed of these conditions for your protection and to ensure a healthy and satisfying Pretty Spa experience.
Cancellation Policy
- 48-hour cancellation is required for spa services and 24 hour rescheduling notice is required. No shows and same day cancellations will result in 100% charge of the booked appointment, and no rescheduling is given.
- In the event of emergency, if you must cancel and do so on the day of the appointment and would like to reschedule, there will be a $20.00 rescheduling fee. (This does not apply for holidays, where no rescheduling will be allowed)
- 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling notice is required for packages or 100% of the booked service will be charged. No shows and same day cancellations will result in full charge of the booked appointment, and no rescheduling is given.
- 2 week cancellation/rescheduling notice is required for parties or 50% of the booked service will be charged, but we can reschedule. Any cancellations less than 1 week in advance will result in 100% charge of the booked appointment, and no rescheduling is given.
Credit Card/Refund Policy
Upon booking your appointment by credit card via telephone we will need your full name, zip code, and your date of birth. We will also need the 3-digit security code on the back of the credit card. If your appointment is booked on any holiday you must give 72 hours cancellation or the full fee for the services booked will be charged to your card. Any other day your service booked will require a full 24 hour notice or the full fee for the services booked will be charged to your card. The day you come in for your service you must bring a picture ID and the credit card that was used. There are no exceptions. We cannot guarantee your appointment until we receive all documentations that we require.
